Trey Hellums - Owner

A native of San Antonio, graduate from Baylor University, and licensed engineer, Trey Hellums founded Dominion Design & Integration in February of 2000. Trey began his career in chemical plant automation prior to founding Dominion. The sophisticated automation systems used in today’s chemical plants sparked Trey’s interest in the residential automation markets. Using a detailed engineering approach, Trey started Dominion with the goal of becoming a premier systems integration company by offering an interactive & consultative selling approach, detailed system designs, a clear focus on the “end result,” first class customer service, and finding the best people to execute this vision. Based on these core principles, Dominion has experienced substantial growth and now offers systems for both residential and commercial projects in San Antonio, South Texas, and the Hill Country.

Jason Roelofs - Business Manager

Jason grew up in the Pacific Northwest where he met his wife-to-be Angie as a senior in high school.  Married five years later, they had a daughter at the turn of the century and decided to move to Texas where Angie’s family lived.  Adding two boys along the way, the family is active in church, sports, and education.

Having been in the electronic industry since 1996, Jason came to Dominion Design & Integration in 2004 looking to expand his knowledge on product offerings that can really enhance their client’s lifestyle.  Working for some years as a Project Manager, before taking over Dominion’s administrative and fulfillment functions, Jason has a well rounded understanding of what it takes to deliver best in class support for the company’s clients as well as its employees.

Marty Solombrino - Sales & Design Manager

Marty started with Dominion in January of 2007 and heads up our Sales/Marketing efforts & our System Design group.  He has over 17 years experience in professional sales, marketing, and management.  Marty played 4 years of Division I college football at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.  He finished his college career in 1993 after studying History/Economics and returned to San Antonio to begin his professional career.
